GayRVA.com allows readers post comments. Comments are moderated by GayRVA.com staff and removed if in violation of the policy herein.
We will not delete comments based on their political or ideological viewpoint. We may, however, delete comments that are off-topic, use excessive foul language, or employ slurs based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. We may also delete comments that make personal attacks on story subjects — especially if those attacks are unrelated to the content of the piece and are unsupported by factual evidence. When you place an order on GayRVA.com through our affiliated online store or through EventBrite, we may need to know your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date and the items you wish. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. GayRVA uses third party merchant services for credit card processing that utilize the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent for processing. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
On occasion GayRVA.com publishes photos from public events and by user submission. Removal of photos of specific persons can be completed on an as-requested basis by e-mailing the address below.
