The students at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Queer Action are having a busy week.  Tonight, the group hosts their own campus-wide Transgender Day of Remembrance candlelight vigil from 7:30pm to 8:30pm at the Harris Hall Lawn outside of the Commons on 907 Floyd Avenue.

On Saturday, they get decked out and cross-dressed for the 5th Annual Drag Ball Fan Free Clinic Fundraiser from 8pm to 11pm in Commonwealth Ballrooms of the University Student Commons. Tickets are $5 and only available in the Underground of the University Student Commons. Tips to performers and ticket proceeds go to the Fan Free Clinic. The event includes light refershments and performances from Esta Bunny and the Trailer Court and amateurs. The event is open to the entire community, students, staff and faculty.
